These villas are ideal for families, offering privacy and direct access to our mile-long white sand beach, fringed by lush vegetation. Three bedroom estate situated on nearly 2 acres of beachfront property.

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have screened porches with ocean views and ceiling fans. All beds are four poster king beds with white draping. Each bedroom has 23” satellite television with DVD player, safe, radio and CD player, ceiling fan, umbrella and direct dial telephone with voice mail. Master bedroom is detached.

BATHROOMS: 1 bathroom attached to each bedroom. Bathtubs, interior stand-alone showers and outdoor shower in each. All full bathrooms have magnified makeup mirror, hair dryer, bathrobes, flip flops and COMO Shambhala bathroom amenities.

The Sanctuary

PRIVATE RESIDENCES

The Sanctuary is a unique beach property made up of two houses on the private island of Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos. Nestled beside a swatch of powder-white sand, The Sanctuary has views of both the island’s lush vegetation and the turquoise sea.

Inside and outside blur in both houses with large windows that bring the landscape in. Each house is comprised of a second floor master bedroom/living area with 360 degree water views, three other en suite bedrooms, as well as an infinity pool.

There is a screened-in guest pavilion flanked by a main pool where you can eat and watch movies, and plenty of outside terracing for relaxing under a reliable Caribbean sun. A further formal dining area inside seats up to 20.

Cedar paneled walls, teak furniture, walnut floors and limestone bathrooms are part of the high interior finish. Details include deep-seated pillowed sofas, king-size beds and beach furniture in white cottons. Candles abound.

Eclectic pieces reflects the owner's world travels, from Bali to Africa, including an enviable art collection. Further personal touches are introduced through service, provided by Parrot Cay, which is essential to this private island’s award winning reputation.
