Take the Anchorage Flightseeing Experience and view Alaska's largest city from above. This introductory flight begins with an exciting floatplane take off from Lake Hood, the world's busiest seaplane base. With destination dependent on weather and mountain conditions, your expert pilot will fly you to some of the most scenic sites in the area.


Options include the stunning backdrop to Anchorage, the Chugach Mountain Range, the famous explorer Captain James Cook's Turnagain Arm, or the Cook Inlet named in his honor. Your pilot will assist you in spotting for wildlife roaming or swimming in their natural habitat. Please note that wheeled planes may be used early and late season




Day 3: From Anchorage to Seward by Rail with Kenai Fjord Cruise

This cruise travels through the pristine waters of Resurrection Bay for up close encounters with wildlife. The wildlife cruises are guided alongside large bird rookeries and sea lion colonies, providing stops for pictures and to view passing whales and sea otters. You have the opportunity to view several types of glaciers, including the enormous Bear Glacier, the largest glacier in Kenai Fjords National Park

Soak in Denali's beauty from the river! This scenic 20-mile (32 kilometer), beginner-friendly trip winds through the eastern border of Denali National Park. Drifting through picturesque stretches of the Nenana River, with calm water and a few splashy spots along the way to keep things exciting, this is the perfect opportunity to soak in panoramic views of towering mountains and lush forests. The run features mostly Class I and II rapids and has one Class III rapid at the end. Keep your eyes peeled - you might spot moose, caribou, Dall sheep, or even a bear along the way! This tour includes shared transfers as well as lunch along the river.




Day 6: From Denali to Anchorage by Rail
