Everything from fresh produce, bush medicines, and local culinary traditions can be found here. Selected ingredients from the market will later be featured in a cooking demonstration. Continue with a city tour that includes the National Museum, Walter Roth Museum of Anthropology, St. George’s Cathedral, Stabroek Market, and the Botanical Gardens. Finally, enjoy lunch at the locally renowned Backyard Café, where the day’s market finds are transformed into authentic Guyanese dishes.
