Day 2 SARAJEVO A History to be Shared Join your Local Guide for an insightful tour of Sarajevo and hear about pivotal moments in its history, including the assassination of the Archduke of Austria in 1914 and the Bosnian War. Visit the Sarajevo Tunnel for a fascinating look at some of this country’s trials and triumphs. (B)

HISTORIC FEATS The Sarajevo tunnel is also known as the Tunnel of Hope and was used between 1992 and 1995 during the Bosnian War It was a vital lifeline for the besieged city, used to transport food, medical supplies, and weapons. It also allowed the movement of people, including soldiers, medical personnel, and essential workers. The tunnel played a crucial role in maintaining the city's defence and the morale of its residents.

Day 5 SPLIT–BRAC Grapes & Gems Board the ferry for the island of Brac, a hidden gem of the Dalmatian region of Croatia. Join your Local Guide for a tour of the town followed by a visit to the island’s museum and a tasting of local wines. (B)
